Date: May 24, 2018
"It's too much fun to miss," said one team captain as he declared his team for the 2018 Summer Touch rugby league. The numbers show he is right - 200+ men and women on 14 teams will compete in the summer touch leagues in 2018.
Every Monday night at Parkinson fields, each team will play two 30-minute games in the long days of summer. First games are June 25. Playoffs will be on August 27, when Competitive and Recreational league teams compete for the Dai Dobbs Trophy and the Silver Cup.
